SHIPPING INFORMATION
All in-stock luxury safes ship out from our warehouses within 1-3 business days.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us at support@opulentvaults.com, and a representative will send over the digital receipt of your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been authorized for purchase. We will then begin processing your order to confirm that it is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to proceed with your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and prepare the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT
Please refer to the specific product page for detailed lead times. Once shipped, your luxury safe will arrive within 5-10 business days. Due to high demand and limited supply, certain items may only be available on backorder at specific times. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about product availability.

 

For expedited shipping rates and options, please contact us. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within four business days, feel free to follow up with us at support@opulentvaults.com.

Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please report this within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to support@opulentvaults.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new, unopened condition. Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and include all parts and components. For any warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

 

If there is any damage to the product, the customer is not responsible for shipping costs or restocking fees. However, for customer remorse (i.e., if the product is undamaged but the customer chooses to return it), the customer is responsible for shipping costs and applicable restocking fees, and will receive a refund of the remaining balance.

 

Please document any damages upon receiving the item and report them to the delivery carrier if the product was shipped via LTL or freight.

 

Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs, even if the item was marked with "free shipping." Any damages may void the return.

 

Returns must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us to have one generated.

As stated in our Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or is missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order if no resolution is met.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the product complies with their state, county, or city regulations. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please inquire in advance about their specific requirements.
